What is
Conscious Bioexistence?
Conscious Bioexistence is an invitation to travel to the center of ourselves...
The Conscious Bioexistence (BEC, by its acronym in Spanish) is a philosophical current of Argentine origin, recognized mainly in the Spanish-speaking world, as a path of consciousness and reconnection to the Self.
Its name ―a term coined from the union of the words “biology” and “existence” – embodies the essence of its philosophy: to lead an existence aware of who we are, of our creative nature, of the unconscious biological and archetypal principles that govern us and live in coherence with.
The BEC considers the human being as «the creator of his own universe » and aspires that the individual awakens to himself, recognizes himself creator of his own reality and takes back control of his life. In what way? By ceasing to attribute the fate of his life to external actors or factors, taking responsibility for his own existence and all that he creates.
The logic of Conscious Bioexistence
The Conscious Bioexistence considers that the pains we face today, find their origin in ongoing traumas belonging to the generations that preceded us. These ongoing traumas are received by us, the descendants, as a kind of transgenerational inheritance.
We all inherit a “bag of knots” made up of stories, dramas and unresolved mournings. Anne Ancelin Schützenberger
The influence this legacy has in our lives would play the role of a reminder of the ancestral wounds to be healed. It would behave like a sun around which our whole existence revolves. Our whole life would be built according to this inheritance unconsciously.
This inheritance, often experienced as a malaise, will often be called “bad luck”, “chance” or “curse” until we become aware of it.
The emotions felt, the bodily affections suffered, the various life situations (diseases, divorces, job loss, depressions, etc.) would all contain a message, an occult meaning that once decrypted would allow you to reach a higher level of appeasement, of happiness, health and abundance.
The Conscious Bioexistence also highlights the fact that the human being, ―despite acculturation–, is still governed by the same biological laws common to all mammals. This would lead him to ensure the continuity of his species, first by finding his own territory and then seeking to have a progeny; to live as long as possible to raise his young and to remain in the family clan, while avoiding becoming ” the evil seen “, to be excluded, which would no longer give him the protection of the group (excluded individual = easy prey for predators = danger of death).
That is why the collective well-being or that of the family clan would prevail over personal well-being, even if it would entail the sacrifice of one’s own self-fulfilment.
From the point of view of Conscious Bioexistence, the human being would then be driven by «invisible threads» who would direct him to make personal choices (career, couple, territory, etc.) while being persuaded to do so freely. These “invisible threads” that govern human beings represent the imperatives of the family and collective unconscious.
Conscious Bioexistence in practice
In its practice, BEC makes use of concepts such as psychogenealogy, the genosociogram(family tree with commentary), biological and emotional decoding of illness, archetypes and the collective, family and individual unconscious.
Through exercises of search and release of emotions, gathered under the name of Bioemotional Decoding, the BEC aims to put our ills into words in order to decipher the message behind our affections.
Based on the“Symptom” (reason for consultation) Bioemotional Decoding first helps you to understand the reasons behind your ailments: physical and emotional pains, illnesses, symptoms or discomforts in your life in general, and their logic. Then, through a remembrance exercise, you can find, in space-time, the moment when these ailments were created, and repair the distortions that gave birth to your discomfort.
During a “path” or cycle of consultations, we address all the aspects of our lives that define who we are: our personal, family and collective history, our family past, the transgenerational transmission we received from our ancestors (unresolved ancestral traumas, unresolved grieving), the various unconscious identities we represent, unconscious family loyalties and significant events in human history that, in one way or another, have a bearing on our lives.
Daily living the Conscious Bioexistence way
Following a cycle of consultations is obviously the quickest way to get into the swing of Conscious Bioexistence, but it’s not the only one. Living every day in a bioexistent way means prioritizing oneself, awakening to oneself, re-appropriating one’s personal history and aligning oneself with the biological logic that governs all existence.
To recognize oneself or to assume oneself as the creator of one’s own reality is not only a will but an awakening of consciousness that transforms forever the way we interact with reality.
The act of creating is intimately linked to what the soul feeds on: if we feed our minds with anxiety-provoking information, a fatalistic narrative full of darkness, not only will our minds be disturbed, but our creative act will be permeated by it. This is why Conscious Bioexistence encourages us to actively cultivate our inner world and to focus on everything that positively nourishes the soul.
As creators, it’s vitally important to maintain our inner peace, to protect our bubble of well-being, and to put into perspective anything that might upset our equilibrium.
Living our daily lives in the Conscious Bioexistence way means living in total coherence with ourselves and our nature. It’s a journey to the center of oneself.
